1. In the concept of visionary leadership elements, what is meant by establishing
vision?
Visionary leadership is a concept embraced by most successful leaders as it entails leading
a team to the achievement of the visions, goals, objectives and the vision he or she has in
mind for the organization. The main aim of visionary leadership is to ensure an increased
efficiency in the workplace through activities and strategies that help to control
fundamental problems with the aim of having all the tasks done most appropriately and

target and the vision to the team, they need to be in a position of understanding the meaning
or the importance of the vision and the set goals. Providing meaning and direction means
that the leader explains the purpose or the plan that is needed to be followed in the
achievement of a given goal. In the provision of meaning, the leader illustrates the method
or the path to be followed in the accomplishment of certain goals.
Providing direction is explaining the manner in which the team members are expected to
behave to achieve the laid goals. Therefore providing meaning is the explanation of the
viability, the importance of the set goals and the need for attaining it while providing
direction is forming a plan in which the...
