According to Grande, et al., (2016), bipolar disorder is a mental challenge that causes an
unusual change in mood, energy and normally changes the ability to go through daily ongoings.
It is characterized by intensified emotions, change in normal sleep patterns and mood episodes
that are different from the normal perspective we know an individual from. The disorder affects
