I believe a group interview would best change nurse’s attitude towards EBP. Although Evidence Based Practice relies on an individual nurses interpretation of a particular patient assessment it needs a strong culture and traditional to thrive. Nurses are often known to influence each other and dealing with them as a group prevents later episodes of misunderstanding.
