The character I have chosen is Nathaniel Ayers, from The Sologist movie. The condition
he has of schizophrenia is under the medical models of psychological disorders. The things that
Nathaniel says in the movie, his perception as well as behavior are an indication that he is
suffering from a disorder. When the conditions of the disorder start to show up, the character is
seen loosing contact with his family members and even relocating to a far place. He shows signs
of aggression, and even doesn’t understand the disorder he has. In one occasion, he did not have
concentration to the music he was listening to because he was hearing different voices in his
head.
