Whenever a new employee joins any organizations, he or she is bombarded with the
expectations and requirements that go hand in hand with the position. The main aim of the
employees is meeting the organization set objectives and behaving professionally as one adheres
to the ethical standards set by the organization (King and Lawley, 2012). As an experienced
employee, it is always advisable to inform any new employees on several matters regarding their
