Title of Documentary: Bite Size
Part I: Documentary
Bite size is a documentary that delves into the ever growing epidemic of obesity among
children in the United States. The story is told through the eyes of young children who are most
at risk and trails several families and educators across the nation (Billings, 2014). The
documentary highlights the importance of self-evaluation in the quest to keep a lean and
manageable body size. It describes the mental as well as physical awareness in the quest to
overcoming obesity (Billings, 2014). Losing weight is not entirely about changing the numbers
on the measuring scales; it involves individuals assessing who they are and what they want to
become.
The documentary highlights the need to eat healthy foods while keeping an element of
physical exercise in a bid to stem obesity. The video offers a new perspective on this emerging
health challenge that cuts across statistics that are churned out every day and seeks to question

lifestyle we pass over to the children. Importantly, obesity is considered a social problem that
requires the concerted efforts of both individual families affected as well as societal approach to
effectively overcome it.
Part II: Textbook

carbohydrates are able to achieve weight loss faster than those on a conventional low-calorie

ketogenesis. It could also be attributed to appetite suppression by administering high protein
content. Scientists believe that the weig...
