expanded greatly for the many years it has been in business until recently when it began to
encounter certain challenges. Kellogg has branches all over America and in many other parts of
the world. It sells its products through direct sales forces, to grocery trade for resale to their
consumers. It also uses brokers as well as distributor arrangements for some products. Its
products are marketed under its trademarks. Kellogg is dependent on agricultural farms for some
of its raw materials (Martinet al., 2017) Most of its beverages and snacks are sweetened using
