Em Sheriff Restaurant is one of the finest, elegant food eateries in Beirut Lebanon in the
Middle East. It was founded by Mrs. Hayer in the year 2006. Mireille Hayek was renowned for
her delicacies incorporated with classic cookery and quirky. She ventured into other restaurant
businesses which were a success inspiring her to open the Em sheriff restaurant (About Us | Em
Sherif, 2017). However, at some point, the restaurant experienced some quality issues which
threatened the stability of the whole company. To enhance the understanding of this topic, this
paper takes a critical analysis of the quality issues faced by Em sheriff restaurant, the
consequences the institution met, and the measures taken to ensure that the company is back into
the business. It should be noted that this is a secondary research. Therefore, the methodology will
