You may do so using one of the numerous Microsoft Office outlets (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) You may create your own flow chart detailing the decisions you would make at each step, write a paper detailing how the flow chart would bring you to your final conclusion or choose your own method of proffering the required information. Remember, you need to determine what ethical decision you would make for each scenario and why based on the flow chart diagram presented this week.

In any organization ethical dilemma confronts them on a daily basis on what ethical
decision are to be made. The importance and the amount of urgency require careful
consideration on the ethical impact before embarking on the course of action. Determination of
the appropriate legal and ethical decisions is crucial. In these case study necessary step by step
action is required between choices before to making the final decision.
Case Study #1:
The ethical issue here is whether this company will see this situation as a conflict of
interest. The company may consider that the situation will be compromising regarding giving
out inside information to the outsiders who may be their competitors. This is an ethical issue as it
focuses on the loyalty in regards to confidential information within the company. The affected
parties involved are Dustin and the manager who is the representative of the company as the
