Please explain, using a subtitle for each of the following, how an owner is impacted by: market power problems, benefits, and rights in the surrounding area where the team is located. 

We often conform to social norms without even realizing it. For this assignment you are to break a social norm. Get in a crowded elevator and turn and face everyone. Go to Wendy's and sit on the floor and put your food on the chair. Instead of holding the door open for a person behind you, purposely shut the door, etc. Be creative!! But do not do anything illegal!Write a brief essay in which you explain what a social norm is. Then describe what you did to break a social norm, how you felt, and how the others around you reacted. Then think about all the things you do in your daily life that are going along with social norms. Comment on whether you consider yourself a "conformist" or a "nonconformist," explain why you think this, and if your definition of a "conformist" or the way you view yourself has changed as a result of this exercise.
