The staff development and training techniques described in this plan incorporate all
exercises which intend to help staff to enhance, update, and maintain their skills, capabilities, and
knowledge. This includes informal, formal, and on-the-job training, and additionally a scope of
other development and learning exercises including self-managed learning, electronic learning;
coaching and mentoring; and the use of secondment opportunities and shadowing.

Policy Level Training

Concerning new employees, the training will tend to concentrate more on onboarding
which enables new workers to have a confident and successful transition to their new working
environment (Olaniyan & Ojo, 2008). The onboarding policy, it's related training, and
instruments are aimed at giving new representatives a thorough onboarding experience that
strengthens their decision to work at the county level and backs them in playing out the functions
of their roles at work at high levels.
