Introduction
In reality, people make jokes daily about doctors and how rigid they stand to struggle to
avoid them. Not so long, people realize that illness is an individual part of life and therefore
unavoidable. Following this reality, people go out in search of medical aid and advice from
families and friends. After a consistent baffle and a worse situation, people in need of medical
attention realize how hopeless the situation is and resolve to meet a primary healthcare
physician. How does the caring consumer select a physician? What determines a better
physician? Is it necessary to see one physician each time you visit a healthcare center? This
paper addresses the decision-making process, the concerns and the guidelines in acquiring the
rightful physician.
Decision Making Process
Indeed, the process of decision making makes the patients active participants in their
centers of healthcare. It is necessary to consider healthcare professionals who are trained for
patients to receive improvised care that improves their outcomes and meets their expected needs.
A consumer-friendly decision-making process should be ascertained and contain the following
fundamental elements; patients should be informed and receive unbiased and clear messages
