Personal responsibility has a hugh impact on my work as I mentor and coach young retail professionals on the importance of leading be an example. 3. In the 13 years of spent in the retail management field I have seen this industry grow through the evolution of social media, sales and Customer service. 4. Yes, this is extremely important as the new generation looks up to their future leader in many fields. The decisions we make and the examples we set as professionals will scoop many future leaders. There are things I can learn from my colleagues as we have learned from different experience throughout the retail field. I’ve realized that being your most authentic self will gain the most attention from today’s generation.
