Teen pregnancy 1. Identify the human maladaptive behavior that you’d like to change (teen pregnancy).Describe the magnitude of the problem (it would be ideal to provide some BC or CDN stats) and its impact. Who are the stakeholders and/or target audience that you need to consider? With the dimensions of attitude in mind (cognitive, emotion, behavior) what do you think is the best approach to increase prosocial behavior or decrease problematic behaviour, please explain? 2. Invent an original (i.e., your own ideas) & effective PSA and describe it. Make sure your descriptive and injunctive norms are working harmoniously. Fully describe it (e.g., mediumused, message, etc.) 3. How will you incorporate the peripheral or central persuasive process to promote prosocial attitudes and behaviours? Will you use any other compliance techniques such as the foot-in-thedoor phenomenon (or others), assignment of roles, cognitive dissonance, conformity, and so forth? What about ISI or NSI? Apply other social psychology ideas that you think are relevant. 4. Evaluate the merits of your chosen attitude and behavior change package (delivery method, PSA message & everything else). Critically evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of your proposal. You will also be graded on the following: APA formatting for a term paper, grammar, creativity, merit of your discussion and analysis. .
