In ensuring the transfer of training of the employees’ one must assess the training
participants attributes regarding intelligence and attitudes. Attitude is important to ensure the
effective transfer of training before the training process begins by the use of pre-qualifying the
nominees to ensure that only those with right attitude can take part in the training. Training
programs design and delivery ensure that training is done by concentrating on the program's
objectives in addition to the companies’ goals and priorities. Delivering the training transfer in the
workplace to ensure that the training is delivered according to the firms’ standards and practically
putting in action what the employees have learned (Heathfield, 2013).
For efficient transfer of the gained skills and knowledge to the organization, the
organization must ensure that they have a meeting with the trainee, supervisor and if possible their
coworkers to determine the difficulties the participants will experience when trying to put in
practice what they have learned. The organization must also remind the supervisor and the
coworkers to act as the role model to the employees to ensure adequate transfer of the gained skills.
It is helpful in the application of the new abilities as the supervisors will offer advice and
assistance to the employees while the coworkers can offer suggestions. The organization
management can also follow up the trainees and their supervisors on the progress of
implementation of the goals and actions they acquired during the training. For efficient transfer,
the organization also helps in developing a partnership between the supervisor and the trainees.
That is significant for efficient transfer as it involves positive reinforcement and rewarding of the
trainees who apply their skills appropriately (Green, 1996).

Transferring back the gained skills to the organization has several advantages as they are
helpful to the growth of the team. Ensuring the knowledge is transferred back will help in
maintaining production of qualified product and services hence making them to compete in the
business world. The newly gained skills also help in eliminating or reducing mistakes that happens
that happens in the organization thus minimizing costs of rectifying the errors. It is also important
to the group as it helps in learning new skills like the technology used in the current business world
