The three 19th century impressionist paintings selected are “Paris Street, Rainy day,
1877” by Gustave Caillebotte, “Summertime, 1894” by Mary Cassatt and “Still life with fruit
basket 1880” by Paul Cezanne. In the Paris street rainy day artwork, the impressionist illustrates
people with umbrellas in cloudy weather. The impressionist forgot to include rain making the
artwork receive strong critics from the viewers. Summertime art represents tides in sea waters
with a boat having two occupants. Paul Cezanne succeeded in painting a basket of fruits on a
table. The three works of art fall in the 19th-century impressionist from the distinct features of
thin and small visible brush strokes. The artists considered fading colors and varied light
intensity to depict the effects of time passage. The vibrancy of the surfaces is created by the
artist’s clear differentiation of the colors composition for their art. For the post-impressionist
works, the selected pieces of art are the “Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte
(1884-1886)” by Georges Seurat, “The Scream (1893)” by Edvard Munch and “Portrait of
Doctor Gachet (1890)” by Vincent van Gogh. The artists for the post-impressionist works reflect
innovativeness and creativity of mind to depict modernity in their art. The artwork is composed
of small dots in scripted with precision, leading to an array of colors similar to needlepoint
(Guégan et al. 2010).
In the “Paris Street, Rainy day”, the artist has clearly illustrated the relevance of having
preparedness for any outcome of the weather. The people are seen carrying umbrellas, which
protect them from the rain. Our corporate office will offer the services to enable people to be
prepared for any unforeseen outcomes. In “Summertime” portrait, tides and waves are bound to
topple over the boat carrying the two occupants (Brodskai︠a, 2010). This is a piece of art that
closely relates to the “Paris Street, Rainy day” with the need to be prepared for disasters. “Still
life fruit basket” has all types of fruits in the basket placed on the table for the people dining on

that table to choose from. Having a variety of options for the client to choose from would best be
illustrated by this art.For the post-impressionist artwork, “Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La
Grande Jatte”, the artist portrays relaxed people. Every business ought to provide the comfort of
mind to its clients. If the client is dissatisfied, “The Scream” art by Edvard Munch clearly
outlines the agony. The portrait has a drawing of a person who is screaming at the top of their
voice. When troubled, the human race has the tendency to hold their chin in their hands. “Portrait
of Doctor Gachet” best illustrates this aspect. The artist drew a man impression with a troubled
face, with his hand on the chin (Clancy, 2003).
The “Paris Street, Rainy day” depicts ancient Paris city. Reviewers have held the belief
that this was the best representation of the city. “Summertime” is considered as the most
interesting impression of the 19th century as indicated by the Terra Foundation for American
Art, Chicago (Hinson, 2004). “Still life fruit basket” is considered a historically significant art
due to its presentation of the still life with compositions of shining paintings on an unstable table.
The art has double perspective giving the artwork different sensations. Georges Seurat's’ art
represents the Parisian bourgeoisie with the artist using the pointillism painting technique. The
artist of the “Portrait of Doctor Gachet” aimed at representing art which had emotions from the
heart rather than the mind. “The Scream” artwork has the central tenets of aesthetics. The
artwork aims at depicting the scenery effects of the internal emotions. Our company will cover
the clients in their times of needs and with our services, the client need not worry about the
unforeseen future. This is a depiction of the “Paris Street, Rainy day”. Despite the tidings that
come our client’s way, the company will always see them sail through. “Summertime” portrait
best indicates this to our clients. Our company has various options to choose from for our clients.
From the available basket of services and products, the client can select what best answers their

needs. With our company on board, a client will be relaxed as simply indicated by the “Sunday
Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte” portrait. Mixed emotions from disappointment as
clearly depicted by the “Portrait of Doctor Gachet” will be no part of our client’s life (Brodskai︠a︡,
2010). And eventually, the client will have to no more scream to be heard. Our company will
provide the best to our client to avoid scenarios such as the one depicted by “The Scream
(1893)” by Edvard Munch (Clancy, 2003).

Responses can be less formal than an APA formatted paper; like a numbered list.EXERCISES:Reflect on any significant changes you have experienced during your projects. How did these changes make you feel? Were you apprehensive or confident?Do you think your needs, as someone involved in the change process, were being addressed and satisfied? On reflection, what do you think were your needs? If they were not met sufficiently, what do you think could have been done?Early in the change process, were you clear about the outcomes of the intended change? What do you know now about the outcomes? Could this have helped if you had known about the outcomes earlier?Imagine you are leading a merger of two companies. What do you think would be the main issues for people that would encourage them to resist inevitable changes? How do you think they would react? What behaviors do you think would be observed? From your consideration of the merger example, what is the first thing you would do to address the issues you have suggested might occur? How would you assist people through the changes?

Quality Assurance Plan
Project quality management is defined "as a methodology that includes
the processes for incorporating the organizations' quality policy
regarding planning, managing, and controlling project and product
quality requirements, in order to meet stakeholders' expectations"
(Project Management Institute, 2017, p. 717). The quality management plan describes how the project team will
implement quality policies to meet project requirements and satisfy the
customers' needs and expectations. A project plan usually includes a
quality statement. This document deals with quality planning, quality
assurance, and quality control through testing and continuous
improvement of the project processes and the project deliverables. If
the organization has a PMO and IT governance, a project needs to follow
the basic framework and structure specified for all IT-related
activities and projects in that organization. Since quality planning is
one of the key facilitating processes in the project planning process,
it must be performed as planned and in parallel with other planning
processes. The term quality can assume different meanings, depending on the
circumstances in which it is applied. For example, as a customer, your
quality requirements may be different from that of the product or
service provider.Scenario Option A: Project Revive LLC is a consulting firm
of highly charged and accomplished project managers whose main stream of
revenue comes from managing the turnaround of failing projects. As a
consultant with Project Revive LLC, you will study, analyze, and manage a
failed project from NearlyFree.com. NearlyFree.com is a fictitious
company and the project documents for NearlyFree.com project scenario
are located below. The NearlyFree.com project was originally scoped to
develop and deploy an automated web-based training system for new
employees to reduce the workload and cut down personnel resources

RequirementsUse the PMBOK® Guide as the model for developing the deliverables. Part 1: Quality Plan Analysis Deliverable: Complete a quality plan analysis of a failed project. Analyze the approach used in the original project quality management
plan and determine how well the final project deliverable met
stakeholder expectations. Assess the organizational structure and
influences of the company to determine if additional project
requirements are needed to improve the quality of the final deliverable
or final product. Complete the following tasks and discuss how each one will
contribute to a successful project. Where necessary, define assumptions
you made. Analyze the quality assurance plan of the failed project by: Evaluating quality standards defined for the failed project.Analyzing the product quality using the selected quality standards.Recommending additional quality standards for the project. Part 2: Quality Assurance Plan Deliverable: Develop a new quality assurance plan for the turnaround project. From your experience, you already know the value of a comprehensive
quality assurance plan. To convince the NearlyFree.com management that
the NEO project turnaround will be successful. As part of the turnaround
plan: Prepare a cost of quality (COQ) analysis using a common method to classify cost.Develop a new quality assurance plan for both planned and systematic activities.

Original PostSurgical Services Scenario [WLOs: 2, 4] [CLOs: 1, 2, 3]Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum,Read Chapters 5, 7 ,8 , and 9 of Health Informatics: An Interprofessional Approach.Analyze the Wire diagram of healthcare supply chain information systems in Chapter 7 of your text (Figure 7.5). Using the scenario below respond to the discussion question provided to you by your instructor. Based on your Ashford University major of study (e.g., Health Information Management, Nursing, Health Administration, Health and Human Services or Public Health) analyze benefits, risks, and operational issues associated with these informatics systems and exchange of data in these settings. Evalute the role of the HL7 (Health Level Seven standard as discussed in Chapter 5 of your text) interface standard in data exchange between these informatics systems. Specifically, analyze your response from the standpoint of the Wire diagram of healthcare supply chain information systems in Chapter 7 of your text (Figure 7.5).ScenarioAs health consumers flow through the processes of being evaluated for a surgical procedure, (i.e., being admitted to the hospital, having surgery, recovering post operatively in the hospital and discharged to recover at home) there are a variety of informatics systems, processes, and data involved. These informatics systems exchange data with each other using computer programs called system interfaces. In order to provide care to customers as part of the surgical flow process, numerous informatics systems that share data must be utilized for both clinical and administrative functions.Initial Post: Your initial post should be a minimum of 350 words. Utilize a minimum of three unique credible or scholarly sources (excluding the textbook or other course provided resources) cited in APA format, as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center’s Citing Within Your Paper (Links to an external site.) resource. Keep in mind that scholarly sources include peer-reviewed articles and non-commercial websites. Review the Ashford University Library’s Scholarly, Peer-Reviewed, and Other Credible Sources (Links to an external site.) tip sheet for more information about sources. Multiple pages from the same scholarly website will be counted as one scholarly source.Guided Response: Respond to at least two of your peers with each response being a minimum of five full sentences. At least one peer response should be to a peer who is in a different Ashford University major than you. Compare and contrast how your peers’ approach to the informatics solution proposed is similar or different than the approach you recommended in your major of study. What specific data and information does your major of study bring to the development of the informatics solution? Your initial post and responses to peers must be on three different days of the week.Classmate #1 Wilner LubinWeek 2 DiscussionNursingSurgery is a procedure that the medical team should accord great importance because any little negligence or mistake can put the patient at risk. When a patient presents in a hospital for a surgical procedure, multiples departments must work together to assure good outcomes. The Cerner procedure is responsible for the preoperative phase. In this phase, nurses are in charge to establish a medical record for the patient, to educate the patient, to get consent for the procedure, to assess the patient for any allergic reactions to medication, to document vital signs (VS), to assess laboratory results, to establish intravenous access (IV), and to coordinate with the anesthesiologist who is in charge for the procedure. The anesthesiologist will assess the patient for a history of reaction to anesthesia in the past. Simsek et al. state “Inadequate control of the anesthesia machine and other anesthesia equipment is a common cause of the possibility of anesthesia errors and associated complications” (2020, p. 2). The anesthesiologist needs to obtain all information necessary to prevent complications. After documentation, the information gathering by the nurses will populate via the informatics system that will give access to other staff members who are included in the patient’s plan of care. The pharmacist will profile all medications requested by the anesthesiologist and the surgeon for the procedure so the patient can be charged correctly.During the intraoperative phase, the pharmacist will make sure to send all medications requested, through the informatics system for the procedure. In the operative room, the informatics system will grant access to the surgical team so they can scan all medication because any delay in medication can trigger complications. “Intraoperative complications continue to result in increased costs and suboptimal patient outcomes” (Hijazi et al, 202, p.4). To get better outcomes from the surgery, the clinical team should minimize the risks and the cost of the procedure. The blood bank should have compatibility blood available in case of needIn the postoperative phase, the nurses will monitor the patient and report any complication to the surgeon. The pulmonary complication is more frequent after surgery because patients are unable to turn due to pain or sedation and anesthesia. “Postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs) constitute one of the commonest complications following anesthesia and surgery. They prolong hospital stay and add to the healthcare burden” (Gupta, 2020, p. 1). The patient must be assessed for bleeding and respiratory distress. Education on pain management and incentive spirometer should be done to prevent pulmonary complications. According to Nelson & Staggers, “The integration application in supply chain management should be included a pyxis, a supply item master file, a charge description master file, a vendor master file, and a transaction history file” (2018, p. 122). These files will communicate with each other via the information system to permit the clinical team to conduct an audit to the patient to assure that every medication, supplies, and services were documented and charged properly.ReferencesGupta, S., Fernandes, R., Rao, J., & Dhanpal, R. This is where the nurse would complete a checklist by collecting patient information such as, medical/surgical history, medications currently taking, allergies, fall risk, along with many other details about the patient that could be useful during their visit. Along with this collection of patient information is when the surgical consents are addressed with the patient and signatures are obtained. Completing these types of assessments helps to decrease adverse events and increase overall patient safety during surgical procedures. (Santana, de Freitas, Ferraz & Evangelista, 2016). This collection of data is entered into Cerner that allows other applications/departments retrieve the information to assist in the care of the patient. Healthcare reform has paved a new way in which hospitals conduct business. This has proven why it is so important to track data, measure safety and accurately bill for services provided. Cerner has helped healthcare systems to ready themselves for the future (Erkan, Wolfskill, & Craghead, 2017). One way that data can be sorted and organized is by having a data dictionary as part of the EHR. "In its simplest form, the data dictionary can be viewed as a list of the health terms and their definitions needed by the EHR, which is usually stored in one or more database tables (Nelson & Staggers, 2018, p.79)." These data dictionaries are designed to be flexible and basic and might include terms that describe diagnoses, medications, procedures or vital signs. The terms are attached to certain codes and can be linked to other terms that have the same and similar meanings. (Timm, Hui, Knoop, & Schwarz, 2013). Some attributes or characteristics that might be linked in an EHR with “Patient arrival time in the OR” might be the words such as arrival, start time, time out, surgical start, or begin. Within the data dictionary there is an ability to create term relations to describe certain codes or diagnoses. References Nelson, R. & Staggers. N. (2018). You will use the ideas and information from the summary-response and the quote log to write your case study. You will submit a first draft and a revised draft of this assignment.ContentDescribe a “real life” instance of your selected social issue in a professional or a personal setting.Discuss your perspective on your selected social issue, including the reasons for your viewpoint.Discuss how your core values inform or influence your perspective on your selected social issue.Demonstrate that you are really thinking about your issue—don’t settle for easy answers, don’t pretend that conflicting evidence doesn’t exist, and don’t feel that you have to take an either-or position.Discuss the complexities of your selected social issue. For example, do not just conclude that using academic language is always good, or that government surveillance is always bad, or that wealth automatically leads to health. Think about the intricacies of these issues and how they play out in everyday life.

& Staggers. N. (2018). WRTG 111 Case Study
Case Study Project(first draft and revised draft)OverviewFor this final project you will continue with the social issue that you selected (language and power; freedom and security; health and wealth) and you will write an essay where you discuss your perspective.
