The tales of Kieu is one of the most famous masterpieces of the Vietnamese literature. It
describes a story of a young girl Kieu, from Vietnam whose attempt to correct the wrong things
from the past, is endured by the reality of hardship in life. She becomes a victim of being sold as a
prostitute after a disaster had hit their family, which she attempted to save out from their condition.
