If you need to have a greener lawn, clover pants are the best ways to go about it. They need less
water and they never or hardly grow tall for mowing. No fertilizer is needed for them; clover
plant reseeds itself attracts most of the beneficial insects as well as blending right with other
grasses. It is a nutritious pasture for livestock and also as a food additive to meals. The most
interesting thing about the white clover is that it seems to quietly work behind the scenes doing
essential things.
It forms a connection with the nitrogen fixing bacteria by consuming the nitrogen from the
atmosphere, placing it o soil, and then other plants get fertilized by this soil. One can make this
possible by co-seeding the clover plant with grass, and during drought when the grass dries up,
clover will continue to grow thus enriching the soil with nitrogen.
