This case details of an incident in which a firefighter lost his life after falling through a
roof and getting trapped in the attic while conducting a ventilation on the house on fire in Texas.
From the report, it’s evident that the victim was well trained and experienced for such incidences
having worked with the firefighting department for about 17 years. The fire chief for this
incident was also well trained and experienced having worked for the fire department for 28
