Above is our original post that we had to do. Below is a fellow students post that I have to respond to.

Alignment between formulation and implementation of organizational strategy is critical for achieving success in a project (Ritson, 2012). Management Strategies are key tools to the success of an organization, from proper financial investments to creating the best cultural environment where employees can work in team efforts to fulfill organizational goals and accomplish these task within the budget. Therefore, in order for any project to be completed in a timely manner and within budget, proper planning is the foundational function of management. In Habakkuk 2:2 (KJV) “And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Management must present a clear plan for successfully executing any project. Project management aids project managers to standardize routine tasks and ensure that needed resources are available and those resources are used efficiently and effectively (Carton et al., 2008).

Understanding the potential contribution of program alignment increases the possibility to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the delivery of strategic objectives (Ritson, 2012). Ritson (2012) elucidates that the greater the alignment between the operating environment, strategy, structure, and processes, the more positive effects this all has on performance. Project management knowledge and practices in terms of the component processes require the certainty that a project is properly coordinated, project will be completed in a timely manner, the project is within the approved budget, managers will make the most effective use out of everyone involved, managers will avoid unnecessary risks, required external resources are available, and that the project satisfies the needs for which it was undertaken (Carton et al., 2008).

viable strategies that will lead to successful completion of a project in time and at a minimal
budget by having a detailed plan and necessary precautions (Serra, & Kunc, 2015). Firstly,
before starting the project, the project manager must ensure that he lays a foundation for success.
He must define the project’s scope and the team members’ roles and responsibilities. He also
must create a detailed plan as well as define...
