Introduction
An organization must have a leader who is a fundamental being towards the attainment of
an organization success and achievement of the laid objectives. An effective leader in any
organization must have excellent character traits, reputable values, good ethics and skills to
create a conducive environment for the performance of any organization. There are many
effective leaders who I have read about, and through their guidance in the respective
organization, they lead they have ensured greater success and performance which have made
their business to enjoy increasing market share.
The Leader of an Organization
One of the leaders that I have read about is Steve Jobs who is the Chief Executive Officer
and Co-founder of Apple Inc. Company. Through his leadership as the CEO, the company has
been able to excel in the personal computer and mobile phone industry through his values, skills,
and character which ensured a conducive working employment provided to the workers.
A Characteristic Important to the Leader
The characteristic that is important for Steve Jobs to continue maintaining the success of
Apple Inc. Company is having a respectable relationship with other individuals in the
organization. This character is of the essence as it creates a remarkable environment for the
performance of every individual in the organization. When the leader relates to the employees
through creating an atmosphere of respect to one another and creating an environment of love
without any form of discrimination will eventually lead to better performance of the company
