Introduction
A manager is a person in charge of a collection of tasks or a certain department of a
company. A manager usually has a group of staff who report to him. He/ she usually has many
tasks such as taking training sessions with new employees in a company, doing the performance
evaluation, decision- making and hiring new staff into the company. A workforce is the people
employed or available for work in certain country or firm or in a particular industry. Cultural
diversity is a group of people that come from different cultures and differ in terms of language,
race, religion, and ethnicity. On the other hand, demographic diversity is the level to which an
organization or institution is heterogeneous with regards to demographics attributes such as age,
gender, and ethnicity. Management of operations in a company involves administration of best
business practices in order achieves the highest degree of efficiency in an organization (Rees &
