our employees. We value the health and safety of our employees and we encourage them to
report any concerns, real or potential threats and we take immediate corrective measures and
repair any breakdown that may compromise their well-being as they do their operation.
We also give all our welding employee safety clothing and masks to avoid inhaling toxic
fumes and ensure adequate ventilation, especially in the welding areas. We replace the safety
