The talents are inborn and characterize an individual's capabilities on handling different situations (Schreiner & Laurie 105). During interactions and socialization, the people try to borrow other talents hence distorting a person's character. The paper seeks to identify and explain harmony, consistency, analytical, wooing and restorative talents. Harmony is an aspect of peacekeeping. People upholding peace strive for consensus as a conflict solving method. Such individuals ignore conflicts and look for a universal agreement in solving the problems on hand. Moreover, the people are geared at steering away from confrontation and advocate for reconciliation bid. Harmonized individuals strive at a shared pool and advocate for teamwork in families and organizations. However, the harmonized people sometimes engage in practical debates and simple matters that the participants tend to agree on and focus on collaborations of the subject. The consistency talent perceives individuals as equal beings with equal exploitative capabilities (Schreiner & Laurie 107). The consistency individuals treat all the people as alike through setting up an equal platform with distinctive rules that they are bound to follow. The consistency personnel are guardians of what is right and are opposed to selfishness and egocentric behavior. The people with analytical theme try to analyze the possibility of a particular pattern affecting another situation. Moreover, the individual view the questions as demanding and logical to the theme. The individuals bring out an objective and composed investigation that leads them to search for a real cause, effects and then uphold a clear fact on the prevailing situation. The wooing theme engage in new interactions and socialization. The individuals with wooing talent try to win other individuals to join or accept their thoughts. Additionally, such individuals achieve their satisfaction through making a direct connection with other friends. The people are characterized by absorption of other individual’s esteem; they desire to meet new people, learn new names, find common interests and build a rapport with the new faces (Schreiner & Laurie 115). The people with the theme are courageous and always treat any stranger as a new friend. The individuals always strive at bringing energy to the social class. Seemingly, individuals with restorative theme deal with issues and problems as they come by (Schreiner & Laurie 109). The people with the talent try to figure out the real cause of the problem and look for an available resolving means. Such people are problem solvers and feel energized when they meet a worrying situation. The people try to understand each other and mediate on several co-existing ways in the same society. The talents strive at attaining a goal or mission in an individual’s life. Borrowing of different talents empowers an individual to become accommodative in all the surrounding situations. In an organization with several people, all the talents are common. In a classroom, relationship and social avenues all the talents are depicted by different individuals. The individuals fight to dominate in the discussions or different situations (Schreiner & Laurie 119). People with particular talents try to prove to be superior and that their egoism should be respected by the other talent proponents. At some moments a crash of talents results and need to be resolved. On the contrary, all the talents are unique in the college (Schreiner & Laurie 116). They assist in different situations that arise amidst the students in the classroom or during the interactive or social moments. Upon interaction, the individuals try to copy the theme of a friend and henceforth influencing the behavior of the particular individual. My personal mission statement is “to execute all roles that come my way as a leader,
guide all those whose inadequacies hinder their progress, and support the society and its
inhabitants through my intelligence, inspiration, hope, and charisma.” The mission helps me the
design leadership priorities by focusing on putting those who are in pressing need first, then the
rest. In that vein, my guidance and support traits play an integral role in shaping me as a leader.
