At this university, there is need for the leaders of the university to decide on the need for
change of their objectives and policies. This should then be communicated to the chancellor and
the vice chancellor respectively, who will facilitate the passing of the new rules and regulations
in order to boost standards (Bhatt 34).
Buy in of the employees can be increased by improving on the use of technology to
ensure that employees have little effort in accomplishing their tasks. The use of technology has
been reported to be a key factor in helping employees adhere to regulations and standards
