Purpose
The process of raising children in a community and family is not entirely easy because
one encounters many ethical and moral dilemmas when making important decisions. In addition,
one should be wary of the changes that have ensued over the past years in the collection of
information concerning early childhood care. Thus, the guiding principle for development of the
code to the family member is the duty for recognizing, formulating and fully using abilities and
knowledge for competent child care activities.
The family ethical code provides the guidelines for accountable conducts and provide a
common foundation for solving the main ethical challenges experienced in the early care of
children and upbringing. Furthermore, it intends to address, the spiritual, biological, spiritual,
cultural and social needs of children and their families.

It is important to understand that children always learn from the community and their
families. These two groups (family and community) bring important knowledge, diversity of
