There are several benefits which an organization enjoys when it utilizes the cloud
computing technologies. The cost benefit is one of the advantages of enjoying the cloud
computing technology. First, the capital cost is greatly reduced (Mavromoustakis et al., 2016).
For example, you are not required to purchase servers since you utilize the services of your cloud
computing provider. You actually use the services of your service provider. In addition to that,
you will not purchase any equipment since that cost will be catered for by your service provider.
The cost of maintaining equipments is greatly lowered (Williams, 2012). This is because
you will be required to buy less hardware equipments. The equipment required for storing data,
network and even servers will not be purchased. This is because the service provider will
purchase those equipments which will serve his clients. This means that the money which could
have been used in purchasing those equipments may be used for other profit generating projects.
The need of hiring the information and technology employees on permanent term may also be
not a requirement. The IT experts can be hired when the need arises.
