According to the video, “What Every Adult Needs to Know” cases of bullying in schools
have been increasing consistently. In every 10 kids, seven are bullied. Currently, more than
150,000 students are being forced to stay away from schools in each day to avoid being bullies.
Furthermore, bullying has side effects varying from low self-esteem to violence as well as suicide
among the bullies and the victims. This video is focusing on what adults needs to know what is
happening with their students while at school as well. Additionally, the video shares some ways
which adults need to use in order to help students who have been bullied. As presented in the video
clip, bullying may involve psychological aspects such as teasing, name calling. Based on this
video, bullying is any behavior which makes students while in school to feel unsafe and scared.
