be communicated to the entire staff including the middle management. The current focus of the
news is the establishment has met the sales targets for the year, and the bonuses would be paid at
the Christmas time. For the communication medium to be effective to the entire company staff,

Email to staff members
Due to the development of the era of technology, the use of smartphones and computers
have been made popular globally hence promoting the use of emails as an effective method of
communication of the organization’s deliverables (Ruck & Welch, 2012). This method was
chosen because it provides the organization with the greatest chance to engage all the employees
on a fast, broad scale and low-cost communications and data transmission. Emails have been
known to be inexpensive, only necessitating an Internet connection that is usually already
available in most businesses. From the management to the lowest members of the staff, they can
open and access organizational emails hence making it reliable (Mazzei, 2010).
The method should not substitute every aspect of face-to-face communication despite the
internal email use capability to cover numerous communication areas within the organization.
The use of internal emails to all members of staff can work as an efficient communication for the
