HERE IS A ROUGH DRAFT OF MY GREATEST WORK ACCOMPLISHMENT, CAN YOU TAKE WHAT I HAVE AND MAKE IT SOUND MORE CLEAR AND LESS WORDY.

As a Maître D', my greatest accomplishment I strived to make my co-workers feel comfortable during difficult situations, as being a leader in the workplace, I did the best to inform and prepare my team to give the best customer service we can offer. Being able to make my team feel comfortable and confidence during a high traffic environment. During those hours an unannounced high profile guest arrived. With full capacity we had to be able to accommodate the guest. I was able to find a comfortable location in the restaurant with the help of my team. Adding new seating arrangements along with our seated guest with their cooperation we were able to relocate them. I was able to give clear and concise instructions that resulted in providing the best customer service possible.

Being in my position had I lent for productivity in a stressful environment. But being leader in the position in everyday experience. I WAS able to deal with stressful situation because of my leadership

In front of the house is the captain of the restaurant, when I am leading and directing my crew throughout high intense volume environment it lent for the back of the house having the ability to be supportive. When I’m in charge when I want the direction to play its allowed

Being the Captain of the ship in Manhattan New York City, I realized that I had control the flow, ease and pace of the restaurant. And there instances where high-end guest would arrive unannounced. Where I could have to manage the floor in a way allow for flexibility and capability. Without the confidence in my team and the confidence in myself. The establishment their would be no way that I could manipulate a seating arrangement(a floor plan) to accommodate guest that deserve the utmost treatment that all client tale does, with elegance and flare
