Mostcompanies are viewing human resource as a vital asset that can offer a competitive
advantage that is sustainable. This is as a result of the everyday changes that are occurring in the
business environment. Towards achieving the business strategy of HR, the human resource as an
asset is the starting point. This is because the overall goal of the HR is to assist the organization
through human capital management, which is a core subset of the wider strategy of the
organization.
If the firm has determined its business strategy, I will ensure the strategy of HR is as per
