The Sermon on the Mountain and the Psalm 23 are both alike and different at the same
time. However, it is the same in many ways. Looking into the similarities, Psalm 23 basically
talks of what a man feels by having a shepherd looking after him or her. A shepherd usually
looks over the whole flock the same way God who is the shepherd, in this case, is taking care of
everybody. The Sermon on the Mountain explains many aspects from the biblical point of view.
