Recent case studies by scholars and researchers have portrayed that there are several legal
concerns which affect business people who operate in the United States. The legal requirements
do not spare sole proprietors who establish personal businesses. Failure to adhere to these
statutoryrations often makes these individuals find themselves in court. Among the recent cases
that I was able to locate was the Ronald Beattie’s and Hardy’s with the State of Minnesota as the
primary respondent.
