It’s a device that fits seamlessly into your home and lifestyle.       4   Disadvantages     There  are  several  disadvantages  of  the  fertilizer  bin  such  as  it  consumes  energy   which   is   approximately   300   kWh/year   assuming   a   cycle   is   run   once   a   week.   Moreover,   some   natural   fertilizers   such   as   seaweed,   fish   oil   and   manure   are   quiet   too   smelly   to   be   used   indoors.   Another   disadvantage   is   that   its   costly   because   it   requires   a   lot   of   effort,   time   and   special   material   to   design.   A   main   disadvantage   is   that   it   emits   gases   such   as   nitrous   oxide,   carbon   dioxide   and   ammonia.  The  device  has  a  filter,  which  is  made  of  activated  carbon  and  HEPA   layers   designated   to   continuously   filter   the   air.   The   fertilizer   works   as   well   to   reduce  NH3  by  having  an  open-­‐air  vent  completely  30minutes.     Progress     The capital budget is determined and the idea of the project needs to be approved. The implementation process should be done regardless to its complexity in construction. We need after that to start with the operation testing to ensure that there are no mistakes and through the optimization and modification process we fix the mistakes and make some improvement in the construction process. The other step is to introduce people to fertilizer recycle bin, and the features that it has by advertising and through social media to attract customers.   Plan     Our   first   step   in   the   plan   is   to   get   approval   from   the   government   to   start   our   project;   we   have   to   include   stakeholders   in   all   stages   of   the   planning   process.   Before   implementing   the   project   we   have   to   get   the   ability   to   educate   people   about  the  advantages  of  the  fertilizer  bin  so  they  know  more  about  the  project   and   have   the   knowledge   of   how   the   bin   works.   After   we   start   our   project   we   have   to   think   of   ways   that   we   can   advert   our   project   and   also   convincing   costumers  to  go  for  the  fertilizer  bin,  we  also  need  a  study  of  how  to  improve  the   business   in   the   resources   needed;   money,   workers   and   equipment.   Finally   when   our  project  is  improving  and  it  become  successful  in  our  country,  we  will  market   the  idea  of  our  project  nationally.                 5   Conclusion     In   conclusion,   as   an   environmental   engineers   our   project   is   a   new   idea   in   our   country   and   it   aims   to   save   the   environment   by   fertilizing   food   waste.   It   is   impossible   to   eliminate   human   impact   on   the   environment,   but   we   can   do   our   best  to  minimize  and  control  our  footprint.       References         -­‐ https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/zera-­‐food-­‐recycler-­‐recycling-­‐-­‐2#/   6
