Question Description

I’m studying for my Business class and need an explanation.

Red Mendoza filed a sexual harassment suit in which she claimed that her supervisor constantly followed her and watched her. Search the Internet and read the complete case of Mendoza v. Borden, Inc. (11/16/1999, No. 97-5121).

In your opinion, has Mendoza met the burden of proof for showing a hostile work environment? Provide a rationale to support your answer. When analyzing this question, you can refer to the Oklahoma Bar journal article titled “Sexual Harassment in the New Millennium: Is the Court's Test Effective?”
