Introduction
In this context, I will be applying Statistical Control Methods and Control Chart to increase
rate of production in a company. The SPC methods are used in business companies to measure,
analyze and improve quality of final products through alternating the process of production. In
normal circumstances, SPC uses control charts in analyzing, evaluating and measuring quality of
an output within a company’s process of production. Through use of SPC and control charts,
process owner are able to made valid decisions based on final results obtained from control charts
(Zimmerman & Icenogle, 2015).
