Organizational behavior (OB) is the scientific study of human behavior in organizations,
concentrating on persons, groups, interpersonal processes, and organizational dynamics. It is
applied in day-to-day experience especially in human resource management. Importance issues
relating to OB include ethics, human capital, IT influence, team building, growing workforce
expectation, demise of command-and-control and broader views of leadership.
