The design thinking is a methodology that offers an approach that is solution based on the
aspect of the problem solving. This tool is important in handling the complicated problem, which
is unknown or is poorly defined. The design operates by understanding the human needs that are
involved developing many ideas through brain storming rephrasing problems in a human-centric
way and appreciation of the testing and prototyping (Dam & Siang, 2018). This methodology
will help me I developing innovativeness and creating and effective plan in the process of
introducing and promoting innovative practices in my company.
The component of empathy in this methodology will help me in understanding the
understanding that is empathetic in solving the problem at hand. This process involves consulting
the experts to gather more understanding of the situation through experienced people and
developing motivation for innovativeness. Empathy is an important component that allows
thinkers to develop a human-centered design process and set their assumptions concerning the
world to gain more knowledge into the needs of the users.
The defining stage will be important will help me in creating innovativeness and improve
