offer higher chances of employment due to the educated community. The urban area attracts
potential investors to set up industries because of the strategic location nature of this industries.
Furthermore, the real estate market is constant in urban centers which attract potential clients and
investors within the urban area. Urban areas also have better living standards in cities compared
