JOB ANALYSIS
1. What are the duties and job responsibilities associated with the position held by the
individual you interviewed?
Primarily, the interviewee is required to maintain and observe health and safety,
develop departments through teamworking, carry out and attain mission, and objectives
and goals of our organization. He plans staffing level the same way an HR does. He
closely works with Human Resource staffs to recruit, select, interview, hire, employ or
even fire employees in the organization. Also, he is a coacher, mentor, and overseer.
