Introduction This week I want you to reflect upon what you have learned from the course, and from analyzing your personal nutrition.   Your Task Please answer the following questions in complete sentences:  How has your knowledge changed regarding your knowledge and understanding regarding nutrition, and the relationship that it has with our health? Describe what it was like to track your meals in a food log. What are some benefits to keeping a food log? What were some challenges that you faced? I look forward to sharing in your responses!Josephine Salazar Discussion #9I have had some experience with dramatic theater in the past because when I was younger I wanted to be an actress therefore I had to be a part of the drama club. When I was towards the end of elementary school and the beginning of middle school I would have one on one sessions with my brothers drama instructor from his middle school every week. Soon after she helped me develop confidence in acting, I started to audition for commercials but soon lost interest in it as I grew up. I have seen a couple plays on cruise ships and been to some school plays as well. I'd say the ones on the cruise ships were a lot more intriguing but like I mentioned before, I lost interest in all genres of dramatic theater and plays. I hope for that interest to spark again during this class. Mirline Pierre discusion 9Me personally have no experience on theater in my whole life, i'm a very shine person when it comes to acting. I found it very atractive and very passionate, but to be honest i'm not the type of person to be in front of a camera or any play. When i was young i've always wanted to be an actrice or to be part of dramatic teather, but i'm now realize that it's was the idea of me being an a scene but its not something that i was dream to be part of. By reading all this poem about those authors i really hope we could have class in campus to do a play because some times by reading them it makes you feel you doing a play with one another, so hope this class change my mindset of being a scene person.
