Provides a budget against all the required resources.  The proposal weighs the budget against the conditions and the objectives to identify shortages or adequacy in case of any.  The project design is also considered to determine the adequacy of the project budget.  The roles of the top staff members in making sure the adequacy of the project budget through cost effectiveness is also assessed. Conclusion  In conclusion, an organization developed to assist people with disabilities to be able to make their own choices, make goals for themselves, and participate in life as anyone else.  Most of times, individuals with disabilities are unable to live and interact normally. This should not be the case. Being disabled should not mean that an individual is incapable of performing most of duties.  The Choice of People program is all about giving individuals with disabilities chances to explore their potentials and live a normal life as everyone else.
