Health care law is the law in a local or state that regulates payers, vendors and
suppliers to health care and the industry to ensure the delivery of health care services
its operation and transaction take place through legal awareness and laws. Health care
law contains different parts there are parts that handles contracts, medical mal practice,
public health care and administrative laws. Legislation under health care is broad and
there are organizations that guide clients and practitioners on how the extent to which
health care law acts and guides all those practicing medical health care . Health care
organizations have come up with educative information they use to guide a ll medical
personnel and patients the full extent of the law which is captured in three components
(Gaffney, 2017).
For years there have been issues on health care, the issues ranging from poor
quality of health care to patients and lack of proper laws that ensures medical
practitioners act in a professional and ways they are expected to. There have been cases
