Question One: How does the learning of self-control change my nature?
Self-control is evident when you face different situations, and you deliberate on the right
course of action and choose the right thing to do. Through the process, there are temptations and
other outliers, but you overcame them and decided the correct response. It can have an impact
almost on every aspect of an individual’s life. Lack of self-control implies choosing the right
decision but unable to follow your actions. Different types of self-control shape the nature of an

in a challenging environment. Thus, impulse control has changed my nature by promoting the
ability to imagine the consequence of action before making a decision. Through impulse control,

conversation. It has also helped in following rules consistently and avoiding procrastination.
