How often and in what capacity do you work with the person you are giving feedback on?
Phillip and I work together when outside attorneys and administrators are requesting students'
discipline records. We work together daily.
What are this person's strengths? What competencies are they strongest at? Please provide
evidence (details on your experiences working with this person) to support your comments.
Phillip strengths are he is go getter. He is great listener. He gets me the information that I need in
timely manner. He is also reliable person. Some request can be challenging at times but he is
able to follow through. Phillip makes a conscious effort to get me information in a timely
manner. For example, a parent called Phillip about a suspension that was not in ESchool. Mr.
Cole contacted me and I was able to find out why the suspension was not inputted. The parent
called our office and spoke how Mr. Cole was warm, supportive and nurturing. Phillip was able
to console the parent. This situation could have been challenging however Phillip was able to
assess the situation and follow up with Hearings and Appeals.
What are this person's areas for development? What competencies do they need to work on?
Please provide evidence (details on your experiences working with this person) to support your
comments.
I believe that Phillip is too hard on himself. He works very hard at trying to please everyone. For
example, the parent who called Phillip about the suspension appeal, he thought that he could
have done more to assist the parent. When I spoke to Mr. Cole, he need reinsurance that the
parent, and administer needs were being met.

Planning for Your Retirement
A great quote from Carl Jung, the famous psychoanalyst, is: "One cannot live the afternoon of life according to the program of life's morning; for what was great in the morning will be of little importance in the evening" (Goodreads, n.d.). The later years are significant and can be rewarding. For this discussion, develop and share with your peers your retirement plan. Your plan should include:Where do you plan to live? What interests do you want to pursue? How much money will you need to pursue your chosen lifestyle? What do you need to do now to make your retirement plans a reality? Where you would like to retire? Research the area. What do you need to do to maintain or regain your health? What financial plans do you need to make today to live the retirement of your dreams?Refere
