Dr. Kalnes Personal Wellness Plan
Among the things, I need to improve on include the physical fitness, my diet, and my
alcohol intake. I need to invest so much in physical fitness engagement, i.e., through cycling and
going to the gym. In my diet, I need to increase my vegetables and fruits intake and some little
amount of grain. I cannot do all this and continue taking too much alcohol as the effort will be
senseless and thus I need to cut down my alcohol consumption by reducing the number of days
and amount of alcohol I take.
