ART FORMS
Performance art is an art form which involves the use of visual art which is combined with a
dramatic performance. This type of art is presented live mostly by the artist himself, or some
performers may be included. Installation art, on the other hand, is an artistic genre of 3D works
which are site-specific most of the times and usually are designed to bring out the perception of
a space. They are sometimes referred to as ‘environments.’ These types of artwork typically
occupy a whole room, and for the spectator to interact with it, the person has to even walk
through to fully engage with the work. The two forms, however, are both examples of
