Continuous Professional Development Plan
Every job requires a system that ensures continued performance of the employees. This
system demands of the employees to keep the initial pace and ensure improved results. This
system is referred to as a monitoring and evaluation process that is aimed at providing the needed
surveillance to allow for continued performance. A monitoring system ensures that the
employees do not lag with the passage of time through continues review of work progress
(Sennewald & Baillie, 2015). It gives the management the opportunity to identify changes way
before the real issues emerge and address them before they can affect the productivity of the
company. It also allows the management to pinpoint human issues that may be as a result of the
system and address them accordingly.
An evaluation system is a critical review process that works in tandem with a monitoring
system. It demands of the management’s initiative in addressing and correcting the current
system to ensure redundancy does not occur. Notably, it allows the management to review and
change its policies when it suits them to ensure that the current process is not toxic to production.
It is crucially important that the management can review itself periodically through the results
posted every month. Most companies do not review the management policies and decisions and
merely assume that they are functioning, as they were ten years before (Fay, 2010). An
evaluation system would allow the management to set a goal that demands of them to continually
review itself with the aim of readjusting itself to the changing forum. This is much more
essential in this time and age of technological advancement that heavily demands a continued
review of set systems. The training will involve teaching the management and the employees the

need to embrace periodical reviews, not only for the goods of the company but also for the
company’s overall improvement.
