Question Description
"Furthermore to obtain more from the customer centric branding requires the collaboration of the all business enterprises within the resort and the appropriate preparation of the staff to ensure all are promoting and presenting the promised brand message."
Great statement here, but is it easier said than done? Can you list a hotel/resort that not only embraced this philosophy, but moved (or threatened to move) unless the country they set up shop in embraced their brand?
