Implementation of the Individual Development Plan
The Individual Development Plan is a structured framework that contains the goals,
obstacles, and opportunities in a mentoring program. The goals are divided into short-term goals
and long-term goals. Short-term goals are aims that do not require a long time to fulfill while
long-term goals are objectives that need a more extended period to attain. I anticipate I will have
problems meeting the short-term goals on time. Additionally, I also forecast communication
problems within the mentoring program. However, I believe that proper coaching and mentoring
